Payment Security & Protection

FlixCloud accepts the following payment methods:

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the service has not been activated or used. Once a server is deployed and accessed, refunds are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

Account Responsibilities

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, FlixCloud does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, though we work diligently to minimize downtime.

Content & Data

You retain all rights to content and data you store on FlixCloud servers. However, you grant us the right to access your data for support purposes, security monitoring, and service improvement. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your data.
